If you consent to analytics cookies, we may collect anonymised data about how pages are visited — page views, approximate geographic region, browser type. This data does not identify you personally. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time via our cookie banner.
2.3 Essential technical data
Like all websites, our server logs may temporarily record IP addresses and request metadata for security and error monitoring. This data is not linked to personal profiles and is not retained beyond operational necessity. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in maintaining site security.

We do not collect:
- Payment data (we have no paid services)
- User account data (we have no registration system)
- Special category data (health, political opinions, religion, etc.)

4. How long we keep your data
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted. Analytics data (if consented) is retained in aggregated, anonymised form and is not subject to individual deletion requests. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.

- Analytics providers — only where you have consented, and only with providers who comply with GDPR.
- Legal authorities — if required by applicable Polish or EU law.
Any third-party processor we use is bound by a data processing agreement compliant with Article 28 GDPR.
6. International transfers
We primarily process data within the European Economic Area (EEA). Where a service provider is located outside the EEA, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).
